I recently read Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg and I couldn’t help mirroring the ideas to marketing and sales, both in idea generation and smoothing user journeys.
Doesn’t matter how much marketing you do, ads you run, or tricks you play, if you don’t pick up the phone, it’s all for nothing.
Luck plays a massive part in marketing and sales. That said, you have to be in a position to make that luck happen. Serendipity.
Just read this book again. Classic! And, as marketing is all about people here’s my take on the significance of working hard to win friends.
